PTR Automation subcontracted as a SEAPORT-e team member to Prime contractor Booz | Allen | Hamilton to provide field engineering support for experimentation and operational analyses in support of system field evaluations and assessments.
PTR Automation supported transportation and shipping, load out, set-up, configuration, operation, maintenance and tear-down of systems and equipment including equipment in IT and Communications shelters.
PTR Automation and Booz | Allen | Hamilton as a Team will support the planning, scheduling, coordinating, training, curriculum development, and conducting of exercise events in a joint effort between the Fleet and NSWC-PC. These events will serve as an opportunity for training Fleet personnel on experimental tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). PTR Automation and Booz | Allen | Hamilton will review in-theater exercise reports and provide analysis, observations, recommendations to tactical doctrine, training curriculum, and after action reports.

PTR Automation subcontracted as a SEAPORT-e team member to prime contractor Booz | Allen | Hamilton to provide Information Technology (IT) system technology insertion initiatives including transfer of existing and emerging technologies from existing IT programs and systems to emerging IT systems. PTR Automation also provided support for SCI related applications and programs with regard to their inclusion into NSWC Panama City C4I programs.
PTR Automation and Booz | Allen | Hamilton as a Team will provide systems engineering/analysis support to NSWC PCD to investigate and define program operational and system parameters. Specific tasking could include: analysis and correlation of the proposed system design with baseline Government documentation, statistical analysis of tactical scenarios, clarification of equipment or platform interfaces, and research into operational concepts and definitions.
PTR Automation and Booz | Allen | Hamilton as a Team will provide to NSWC PCD operational and tactical assessments, system performance evaluations, integrated operation review, and recommendations relative to the performance of SMCM, UMCM, AMCM, and IMCM systems in the operational environment, as requested. Assessments shall include effectiveness analysis of any supporting training evolutions and enhancement recommendations for operational and tactics training at all levels.
PTR Automation provided software design and implementation for SCI applications / systems that were included within C4I systems. These systems included SATCOM systems and System Networks such as Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) and other compartmentalized information. In support, PTR Automation performed the following tasks: Provided software engineering support to the Government led Integrated Product Team (IPT). This task built upon the current prototype architecture to facilitate the connection of legacy architectures; Developed and updated the software technology road map in migration to a centric software architecture; Provided senior level Information Technology (IT) systems software development support, on-site support, and other locations; Provided support for the review and development of system software, system interface requirements and identification of software modification; Supported validation of developed software and software modifications; Provided computer scientist support for IT networks.

PTR Automation subcontracted to prime contractor Booz | Allen | Hamilton to provide Systems Integration Technical Support, Software Engineering, and Test and Evaluation Field Engineering Support.
PTR Automation provided software engineering support to the Government led Integrated Product Team (IPT). This task builds on the current prototype architecture to facilitate the connection of legacy architectures. PTR Automation provided senior level Information Technology systems software development support, on-site support, and other locations. Further, PTR Automation provides support for the review and development of system software, system interface requirements and identification of software modifications. PTR Automation supports validation of developed software and software modifications.
PTR Automation assisted with the design, procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment; communications, and shelters, including laptops, servers, switches, and peripherals in support of integration and exercise efforts and assessment. This task included procuring, installing, operating, and software, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
PTR Automation provided test and evaluation planning support to include analysis of test requirements and objectives to support further preparation of test plans, test procedures, test data sheets for projects. PTR Automation provided pre-deployment support and on-site deployed IT system support that included: supporting testing and evaluation planning reviews as required; supporting development of Material Fielding Plans and other Fielding Event Plans by providing subject matter expertise to support the deployment planning for systems; assisting the Government in development of test and exercise scenarios; handling trouble tickets, preparation of technical documentation, configuration management; maintenance concept development; software maintenance and Information Assurance (IA) support.
